In Germany, an investigation is ongoing into a deadly crash which saw a truck plow into a Christmas market. Police now say it's not clear if the Pakistani man detained in the wake of the incident was really the driver. Chancellor Angela Merkel says the incident was a terrorist attack and has promised a thorough investigation and punishment of the perpetrator with the full force of the law.
