André Taber is researching the history of Chinese restaurants in New Zealand and in this talk, he will tell you about the establishments of Thomas Quoi, Ah Chee, Samuel Quoi and Thomas Wan Kwai in central Auckland 1879-1922.
This HeritageTalk was presented online via Zoom on 2 March 2022.
