Here at the worst Villages, Towns and Cities in Essex. Essex somehow has some really deprived areas and is one of the home Counties close to London which means there are some levels of wealth within the county. But there are also some of England's most poverty stricken places in this county. The worst places in Essex are just as bad as anywhere else I've been. The weather was appalling and you most definitely would not want to come on holiday to these places. A lot of the crime from London spills over into this county although it's not as crime filled as Kent. Let us know where Turdtowns should visit next when we return from our hiatus.
