How to become a Vampire/Werewolf Hybrid:
1. Play through vampire side of Dawnguard until you get to Valerica's study in Chasing Echoes.
2. Open the portal to the Soul Cairn and become a Vampire Lord if you aren't already.
3. Transform into a Vampire Lord at least once.
4. Start The Silver Hand and go to the Underforge with Serana following you.
5. Make a save, then activate the Vampire Lord power at the same time as participating in the blood ritual.
6. You should be transported outside as a Werewolf, then spontaneously become a Vampire Lord. When this happens, use Revert Form.
7. Tell Serana to make you a Vampire before the screen fades out.
8. Once the screen fades out and you regain consciousness, you should have both the Beast Form and Vampire Lord powers.
