In this next episode of the route learning series, we take a look at the Armstrong Powerhouse Class 411/412 pack on the Dovetail Games South Western Main Line route. Utilising one of the scenarios which comes with the route, set in 1993, we follow the timetable of train 1W02, the 06:50 Network South East service from Weymouth to London Waterloo. We join the train at Bournemouth, which is the western extent of the route as it currently is in Train Simulator, and call at Pokesdown, Christchurch, Hinton Admiral, New Milton, Sway, Brockenhurst, Totton, and Southampton Central. Another driver will then take over for the remainder of the journey to London, as the route doesn't currently go beyond Southampton in Train Simulator.
