On 19 November 2024, FSCA Commissioner Unathi Kamlana delivered the first-ever Gys Steyn Chair in Financial Regulation Law lecture at Stellenbosch University's Faculty of Law.
The public lecture's topic was“Retirement Savings at Risk: Legal Safeguards Against Pension Arrears”. It was a resounding success and well received by the delegates in attendance.
