Summary Lilith:
1. Play event and get free 60 pulls
2. Draws lilth event banner [R&D : Regular 60/60] guarantee to get Lilith, Signature Weapon, and Fortune Coins.
3. Use Fortune Coins to exchange good stuff in event shop which is 1. Signature CUB or 2. Liltih 20 Shards (I guess can only to get one choice but there is other stuff too such as Lilith's skin, USB Memory, etc. but priority to get Signature CUB is best value)
4. When you get everything in (2.), [R&D : Regular 60/60] will disappear and [R&D : Limited 80/80] appear which includes Lilith, Event R&D Tickets, and Fortune Coins.

[R&D : Limited 80/80], can use BC or Event R&D Tickets instead, ratio 1:1
Not confirm that Lilith's shards will available in battle pass shop yet, I will update later.
