Three reasons to consider the new Slavia/Virtus instead of the Honda City:
First, the engine options. The Slavia and Virtus are equipped with two engine options: a 1-litre and a 1.5-litre turbo petrol, each getting an automatic transmission. The 1.5-litre engine with its dual clutch gearbox is buttery smooth and quick, creating a premium driving experience. (Although, if you are getting a DSG we’d recommend you get the highest possible extended warranty available because of their poor reliability in India.)
Second, the style quotient. The City has a safe design which looks good. But if you want something that stands out from the crowd, you can definitely look at the Slavia or the Virtus; the Slavia is classy and understated, and the Virtus if you want something sporty.
Third, the fun factor. Slavia and Virtus have punchy engine-gearbox combinations, they have great handling too - which makes them fun to drive and confidence inspiring too.
