What is the concept of 400 meters deep sea slow pitch jigging ~
Rarely see good weather, so I cancelled the charter and take friends to the deep sea. The current was 1.7 to 2.3 knots. It is the first time for my friends to slow jigging at deep sea and spend a little time explaining some key points and experiences before getting off the rod. It was not a problem to hit the bottom 400 meters with a 300g. Although we had been jigging for a few hours, there was no bite at all. I was about to drift 2 more times and head back in. Suddenly someone yelled “fish on”. It didn’t take long for another guy to start winding the reel with fish on. It seemed that was feeding time.
