Although the video is a very faithful representation of the types of work that Rexxfield performs, the nature of the relationship between Rexxfield and the Tomsiks as presented in the story is not accurate, and some of the graphical depictions of the elements of the case were recreations by the Rexxfield team for the story. Rexxfield did advise on her case, but only briefly. Rexxfield was invited to participate in this brief news article, and because it was in Las Vegas Rexxfield's founder Michael Roberts invited Melissa to be involved in the hope that it would help her business recover from the allegations leveled against her, and because of the easy access for journalists. The journalistic license employed, and the context presented was at the sole discretion of Fox 5.
