These are the little guys that changed the entire movie's course. We were wandering around in the woods of Northern New Jersey shooting for this film when we rolled up on this ultra cool fox den. We had our video camera packed away and were only equipped with an SLR, so we made do. What transpired over the next 15 minutes was amazing. We vowed to come back for video. We made the trip over and over again and finally on the 26th try, there they were only this time, the Mother was with them, a majestic animal, a perfect specimen. She was friendly and allowed us to hang around for about 9 minutes before making it known that the shoot was OVER. When the public got a view of the pups, they went crazy and the film was on the map. A fortuitous turn of events for sure.
