Rural electrification and renewable energy corporation says it will complete installation of more than 2000 transformers across the country by June this year. Speaking during a parliament energy committee meeting, the corporation’s MD Peter Mbugua faulted Kenya power for failing to maintain the already installed transformers curtailing the last mile connectivity program.
