Have some broken noodles lying around?? Wondering what to do with them?
AquaFIIT Coach Stacy will lead you through an intermediate / advanced water workout consisting of 4 Tabata cycles using your "half noodles" or water dumbbells . These exercises are adaptable to all levels from beginners to more advanced. The goal is to work at a challenging pace for 20 seconds then to rest for 10 seconds. There are 8 exercises in each cycle.
