Our client in Lowell Massachusetts had a 18 year old Munchkin two zone boiler and separate 40 gallon tank you’ve water heater. The heating boiler failed and the water heater was 11 years old. Our client opted to have us upgrade the home with a new Navien NCB-190/60H 95% efficient combination heating boiler & tankless water heater. Two zones hydronic baseboard with Taco 007e high efficient circulation pumps. Internally wired in the Navien control board that can now handle up to three zones without needing a external relay pump control. The Internal tankless water heater will handle all of this clients hot water needs in this is 1 bathroom home. This client was able to qualify for the MassSave rebates and the 0% interest 7 year loan to get this done.
