Nyaope is now one of the most popular drugs in South Africa, especially amongst unemployed youths. The deadly drug contains heroin in combination with cannabis and other adulterants which may include phenacetin (PNT), caffeine, efavirenz (EFV), dextromethorphan (DTM) and nevirapine (NVP). It is consumed in two different ways which are smoking and injection. This episode shows how it is prepared for smoking.
