Shadow work is a call for compassion and self-love.

In this world not everything is love & light. There is a great deal of shadow and dense energy that is always among the light.

This light language transmission was created to provide a sacred and supportive opportunity for you to go within yourself and take part in what is often referred to a shadow work. This is not an invitation to be overcome by darkness but a chance to practice compassion for yourself. We all have aspects of ourself from this life time as well as others that are calling out to us to be loved.

Every shadow bares a lesson to be learned and plays a specific role for an individual to expand their consciousness through overcoming somewhat challenging life experiences. Shadow work can be an extremely powerful tool that brings awareness to the pieces of yourself that are in the most need of healing and transmutation so that they can be integrated into the totality of all that you are. Thank You for caring for yourself in this way and being brave enough to work on healing yourself!
