Ugandans are not spending as much on consumables as they did in the past year. The country's Bureau of Statistics attributes this shift to a drop in Inflation that has made prices more stable in recent days. Uganda's Inflation declined to 6.2 per cent for the year ending March from a revised 7 percent in February. CCTV's Michael Baleke has that story.
