Ingredients
- egg tofu (300g)
- 300g minced pork
- 1tbsp corn starch
- ¼tsp salt
- ¼tsp pepper
- green onion
- garlic
- ginger
- chili
- cooking oil
• To make sauce
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tsp dark soy sauce
- ½tbsp corn starch
- 1tbsp oyster sauces
- 50ml water
- 1tsp sugar
- ½tbsp sesame oil
