🦋 Stillborn 🦋
was the title of our performance during the WDSF World Championship Professional Standard Showdance 2024. Shortly after the stillbirth of our two sons, Lucca and Giulio, in 2022, we began to consider combining dance with a tribute to them. We wanted to create something to honor their memory, something that would involve them and immortalize them for us.
A story of loss, but also of mutual support; a story that shows life goes on and that making memories is incredibly important. It’s a show that, as we’ve realized, is helping us move forward
Thrilled with our performance, we were honored to receive 5th place after the final.
We are so proud—of ourselves, our story, our little family, all of whom were present, our parents and family, and everyone who helped us along the way to this pinnacle moment.
