This QuickBooks Online Crash Course Training Tutorial will show you how you can sign up for free with the 30-day-free-trial version of QuickBooks Online. You must be sure to sign up with the plus version, so you have all the features you need. You will then see how to navigate the QuickBooks online interface. You will see there are 3 main places to click to open the windows you need for functionality in QuickBooks Online. You have the “plus sign” that opens all the transaction windows. It’s called the “new transactions” or “new” button. You can click on the” cog wheel” in the top right if you want to change the settings or add list items like products and services. So, anything long-term or permanent would be in the cog wheel. The left panel main menu is the only place to click to open the reports window for all QuickBooks online reports. It’s also the only place where you can input customers and vendors.
This QuickBooks Online Crash Course was created for people who need to do all their annual bookkeeping at the very last minute. They also would like to do the absolute minimum amount for bookkeeping and least amount of QuickBooks work possible to be able to satisfy the Bookkeeping requirements of the I.R.S. and any other organization that requires at least basic bookkeeping.
