When I was struggling with panic disorder and agoraphobia, the idea of eating a meal and then doing something like getting in a car, or riding public transportation, or getting on something that made me feel stuck or trapped was beyond hard and many times unthinkable. Oftentimes I just avoided it altogether. Or I avoided eating.
Anxiety for me used to = nausea. 🤢
Eating and then putting myself in a situation where I felt stuck or trapped was almost an instant way for me to experience a panic attack, or have a toilet anxiety episode!
