Now, let's look at the parts
of a bill for Office@Hand.
At the top are your
and your billing date,
which is the first day
of the billing period.
The Bill-At-A-Glance section
shows you your current charges
and payment activity.
The Billing Summary section
summarizes account charges
by Group and Sub-Account.
The Current Charges section
shows the bill details.
This section may start in one
column and continue in the next
and it may continue
on to another page
or even multiple pages.
The Current Charges section
includes charges for each group
and each sub-account
within a group.
It also includes charges
for each location,
as we'll show you in a moment.
First, let's look at the charges
at the Sub-Account level.
This bill includes charges
for international calling.
When international calls are
made from a domestic location
prepaid service increments are
automatically added to the bill.
The same is true
for toll free service overages,
that is, if you use more minutes
then come with your
service edition.
The tax allocation
for prepaid service increments
is split evenly
across locations.
You won't see the charges
for domestic calling
because it's included
with your Office@Hand service.
Now, let's look at
charges for a location.
Recurring Charges are
billed one month in advance.
They include charges for
emergency location management,
and your Office@Hand edition,
Standard, Premium or Enterprise.
State and Local Government
and Education edition
is also available
for eligible customers.
Recurring Charges
also include any add-ons,
such as local phone numbers.
For each recurring charge,
you'll find details like the
quantity of each item,
cost per item,
and any discounts applied.
Next are One Time Charges,
such as shipping
and new equipment charges.
Next are the Prorated Charges.
These will appear
if this is your first bill
or the first bill
after making additions
or changes to your service.
Prorated Charges
cover the period
from the day
after your service started
to the day before
the billing period began.
Next, you'll find the Total
Charges for AT&T Office@Hand,
then surcharges and other fees,
and any applicable taxes.
There are total charges
for each location
and for each Sub-Account
and Group.
Finally, Total Current Charges
shows the sum of
the current charges
for all your locations,
sub-accounts and groups.
This amount matches the
Current Charges amount
shown in the Bill-At-A-Glance
section.
Bill-At-A-Glance shows the
amount of your previous bill,
payments and adjustments
are deducted
and any balance due is added
to your Current Charges amount
to determine the
Total Amount Due.
Under the Total Amount Due
you'll find the
Payment Due Date.
Paying your bill online is easy
with Business Center Billing,
but if you want to mail
your payment,
print the Remittance Form
and include it with your check.
