If you have received IRS form LT 11 it's time to take immediate action because after this IRS fully intends to open after collection arsenal with the notice of bank levy or wage garnishment levy.


IRS' has tried contacting you previous times and have not heard a response from you and I suggest this time to complete form 12153 and file a collection due process.


The filing of the collection due process will stop IRS enforcement action.
