In this video, I take you along with me on a day spent at a spiritual healing festival in Fuerteventura that offered a range of activities and experiences, like chakra meditation, sound healing, pottery, massage, macrame, festive make-up, and more. Not only did I get to participate in various workshops that helped me tap into my creativity and express my emotions in a unique way, but I also had the opportunity to lead an art healing workshop for other people. We painted leaves and branches with acrylic paints to express our emotions and let go of anything holding us back. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to guide others on their own journey of self-discovery through art.

Throughout the festival, I also had the chance to meet a lot of like-minded and creative people on the island. We connected over shared experiences and interests, and I felt truly inspired by the energy and positivity of the community. The festival culminated in a lively party where we all danced and celebrated together.

Through this video, I hope to share with you the magic of this spiritual festival and the power of healing. I want to inspire you to find your own creative outlet and explore new ways of self-care. By connecting with others and immersing yourself in a supportive community, you can find inner peace and joy that will stay with you long after the festival is over.
