Transport relies on oil for 92% of its energy. Demand for transport will continue to grow massively. Energy-related CO2 emissions from transport will move from a 23% share in 2015 to a 40% share by 2030.

The ITF Decarbonising Transport initiative helps decision makers establish pathways to carbon-neutral mobility. More than 70 partners work together. The task: identify CO2 mitigation measures that work. The objective: translate climate ambition into action.
