In this episode, I show my way of making the noodles for kow piek sen (noodle soup). The broth video is here: [ Ссылка ]
Ingredients:
1 bag of rice flour.
1 bag of tapioca starch
4-6 cups of boiling water
-- start with 4 cups, then slowly add more until you get the softness you want.
:: Cooking with Nana: Rice Noodles (ເສັ້ນເຂົ້າປຽກ == Sen Khow Piek)
"Ma Der, Ma Der" means "Please come join us" in Lao language.
