The Gnomeregan pet dungeon is modelled after previous Pet Dungeons of WoW and features 12 fights with a weekly repeatable no-heal challenge mode that you can do for Pristine Gizmos. Spend Pristine Gizmos at the Gnomeregan pet dungeon NPC (found outside the Gnomeregan dungeon entrance) for a Mechanical Cockroach, Mechantula schematic, Leper Rat or Alarm-o-Dog pet!
