The time after Ayahuasca can be difficult, possibly also triggering a crisis for an individual. If this is the case for you, I recommend you watch this video.

Ayahuasca will start to show you your patterns, and you can become aware that the friends you have, the work you do, the partner you are with, are all just a pattern, that you keep on making the same experiences over and over again.
After that you might ask yourself, Am i the creator of my life, or am I a slave to my own pattern. And 99%+ percent of the people are.

But not just the slave to your own pattern. You might become aware, That the job you are doing isnt even what you want to be doing, that you only do it to get recognition and appreciation, to make your Dad proud etc.
So what now?

Every situation is different, what works for individual a might not be the right thing for individual b

First thing, Realize it is a good thing that you are going through this.

You wanted a change, there was a reason that you wanted to drink Ayahuasca, Now that you are going through something difficult, it is helping you grow, it is helping you challenge yourself.

Also, allow for things to go. When things are changing it often requires for things to also leave, do not hang on to those, fall into a victim mentality, why is it happening to me but trust in the process

You don’t have to change everything today either, allow to be compassionate and patient with yourself.

It is also good to start to have the difficult conversations with the important people in your life, that can liberate a lot of unspoken conflict.
