The Luna Ludacris scooter is like nothing I've ever ridden before. I spent seven hours testing and reviewing this scooter in LA with the Lunacycle crew. This eScooter is not even remotely street legal in any state unless ridden in the first of 3 power levels (what's the fun in that?) This is hands down the most fun electric transportation device I've ever ridden on the streets.
