Last month, Mahindra launched the Bolero Neo in India with introductory prices starting from Rs 8.48 lakh for the base N4 trim, going up to Rs 9.99 lakh for the N10 trim, both prices ex-showroom, Delhi.
Mahindra has now launched a slightly smaller Bolero, called the Bolero Neo, to replace the TUV300 (the tough looking Mahindra SUV that couldn't find many takers, especially in urban India). It's much more than mere rebranding of the TUV300.
It may not have 4WD but the Bolero Neo has a trick up its sleeve called the MLD to get it out of tricky situations. Let's see how the MLD works.
The seating capacity of Mahindra Bolero Neo is 7.
In terms of safety, Bolero Neo gets dual airbags, ISOFIX child mounts, reverse parking sensors, ABS with EBD, cornering braking control and engine immobilizer. If you are planning to drive Bolero Neo more in the cities, I would recommend an aftermarket reverse camera.
