Architecture MArch students jumped at the chance to show their designs in the De Montfort University Leicester (DMU) TV advert.
Tom Cox and Khanh Nguyen had presented their visions for a sky farm and vertical village at the GREAT Festival of Innovation in Hong Kong, winning praise from business leaders.
They were “very happy” to film a scene that will bring their work to a new audience.
