Hungry after my run, I cooked up a package of Incogmeato Sweet BBQ Chik'n Tenders in the Air Fryer. This was my first time trying these Plant-Based Chik'n Tenders, but I have tried a couple of Igcogmeato products in the past. I thought that the Sweet BBQ flavor was lacking a little bit in these tenders. Overall, I thought were much better than some of the other Vegan Chik'n tenders out on the market today. The texture of the plant-based protein was very believable. Anyone could enjoy these, even if you are not Vegan or Vegetarian.
Side Note: In the video I mention that these are Non-GMO. I believe that may be mistake as it really only says "Non-GMO Soy". This mean that any corn based ingredient in there could potentially be made with genetically modified organisms. If you know the answer on whether or not these are 100 Non-GMO, please leave a comment.
