One of my Dad's favorites, this homey and hearty soup (supa) is made from the heart. Traditionally with Macedonian Sausage made of pork, spices, paprika and leek The soup also has smokey bacon with white beans and tons of spinach.
I have gone for a healthier version here....but the flavours remain true! I really hope you all try this wonderful hearty soup!
