Oregon's 142nd Wing is dedicated to protecting and patrolling the skies of the Pacific Northwest with their squadron of F-15 Eagles.

Here you can see KATU's exclusive collection of the 142nd's best F-15 jet takeoffs for their missions.

The 142nd Wing operates out of the Portland Air National Guard Base. This year the Wing is welcoming several new F-15EX Eagle fighters to replace the older F-15C models that were built in the 1980s.
