My reaction to Vinland Saga season 1 episode 22. Man... The final episodes of season 1 just keep knocking it out of the park. It's so devastating see how Thorfinn still hasn't developed in any meaningful way whatsoever, and Askeladd destroying him by making him see that himself. I loved getting to see Askeladd's backstory, and how he ultimately took revenge on his own dad for having treated his mom the way he did.
