How to Perform a Breast Examination - Clinical Skills Revision - Dr Gill
The clinical examination of the breasts is an exceptionally common examination in general practice as women as understandably concerned if they find the presence of a lump in the breast. One and nine women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime, which causes a lot of women considerable concern if they have any abnormal findings in the breast. Thankfully the vast majority of breast lumps are benign, the fibroadenoma is a good example, being found in 68% of all breast lumps.
This breast examination tutorial uses the latest limbs and things dark skin tone trainer, there are the benefits of this training device, in that it can be worn by a medical student, enabling the practice of the full clinical skills examination including instructions regarding examinations position, rather than merely focusing on the palpation part of the breast examination.
