Lost foam casting is as easy as metal casting can get. With lost foam you just bury it in sand, any sand. You don't have to worry about your green sand having the right moisture to it. With lost foam, you are sacrificing the pattern. Unlike green sand Casting where you remove the pattern.

In this for lost foam casting video I will be using a foam square that I made. I coated it with wall plaster thinned out with water. I buried it in sand and poured molten aluminum. Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoy the video.
