For the past few weeks I've slowly reduced the amount of animal products I've been consuming on a daily basis. After watching the new Netflix documentary The Game Changers, I was inspired to try living a 100% plant-based lifestyle by following the vegan diet for a week!

I was pleasantly surprised to see just how much the vegan community has evolved. As a meat eater, we don't see the changes until we actually try living it.
