Butter 130g (½ cup, 1 tablespoon)
Sugar 130g (½ cup, 2 ½ tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Self-raising 165g (1 cup, 2 tablespoons)
[Swap it for Plain flour 165g + Baking powder 1 teaspoon]
Ground Almond / Almond flour 35g (5 tablespoons)
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
1 Canned Peach slices
Few Almond Flakes
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 45-50 minutes
