Ingredients:
250 ml milk
150 g sugar
100 g high-quality chocolate (75% cocoa)
1 teaspoon high-quality cocoa powder
250 ml heavy cream (33% fat)
Instructions:
Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Add chocolate.
Whisk in cocoa powder.
Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream. Stir well.
Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
