In this video we take care of a customers watch that fell off his arm while wearing it. This is a Citizens Eco Drive wristwatch. It come to be with the bezel and crystal removed from the watch. I will need to replace the scratched crystal and replace the bracelet so this never happens again! Hope you enjoy the video.
