INGREDIENTS:
for the chiffon cake -
6 large egg (yolk is separated to egg white)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp espresso powder (or any strong instant coffee)
1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp warm water
1/2 cup canola oil (or vegetable oil)
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cream of tartar
for the Mocha Swiss Meringue Buttercream -
4 large egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup butter, cold
1 tsp espresso powder (or any strong instant coffee)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
5 tsp warm water
for the Chocolate Ganache -
1/4 cup all purpose cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
