I made her the chocolate avocado smoothie that’s in a previous reel I made. 😋
I used @foragerproject plain cashew milk yogurt and @earthchimp chocolate protein powder as well in this smoothie- as well as ginger, turmeric, ashwaganda + black pepper for immune health ✨
