Oriental Milky Beef Broth/The soup is thick, white and nutritious
This box of beef bone white broth was given to me by a friend along with wonton filling last time. The bone broth was simmered for a long time to achieve the creamy white consistency you see in the video. It also includes some slices of beef. To make this soup more nutritious, I added sliced Chinese yam, mushrooms, and quail eggs.
This beef bone white broth can be enjoyed on its own or paired with any ingredients you like. Simple vegetables work perfectly, and it’s a great accompaniment to noodles or rice.
