Ignorant Gun-Grabber Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D. TX) ignorantly claimed that AR-15 rifles are “as heavy as 10 boxes that you might be moving” and also fire .50 caliber ammunition. In fact, most AR-15s weigh from 6.0 to 7.5 pounds. The classic AR-15 is chambered for either the 5.56 NATO round or the .223 Remington round,
which is considerably smaller than a .50 caliber round.

This is the mentality of gun-grabbers who are very quick to totally dismiss our inalienable Constitutional right, yet preside over us from Washington as if they are monarchs.
