“I get a lot of phone calls from patients who say that they are afraid of going to the dentist, that they’ve gone to dentists and they’ve been laughed at or made fun of because of their dental condition, and they want to be assured that no one here is going to do that. Of course that is absolutely unacceptable, and I tell them that we are here to help them and that they are actually taking the first step to improving their life.”
Heidi - Production Manager:
“Most of them come with fear, not understanding, no knowledge at all, so bringing that to them, they can all brighten-up a little bit because now they have a better way of understanding their health.”
