According to the Presidency, a report on the Russian cargo ship 'Lady R' in South African waters was to have been completed by last night. Ramaphosa charged a three-person, independent group to look into claims that South Africa had supplied weapons to Russia via the Russian cargo ship. The commission was headed by retired Judge Phineas Mojapelo. The Democratic Alliance has strongly rejected the government's attempt to release selective portions of the report and is demanding complete disclosure on the matter. DA's MP Kobus Marais elaborates.
