Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, is a commonly diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorder in children and adults, but advocates argue, very misunderstood. Here to provide us with a better understanding of what it is, or isn't, we welcome: Dr. Doron Almagor, Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist at The Possibilities Clinic; Heidi Bernhardt, Founder of the Centre for ADHD Awareness Canada and a former psychiatric nurse;, and Katelyn Weinstein, Psychology student at the University of Guelph who was diagnosed with ADHD at age 7.
