West Yorkshire doctor and first-generation organic farmer, Hannah Fraser, is interested in how the way we farm impacts the nutritional quality of our food. Hannah plans on travelling to Canada, America, New Zealand, and extensively around Europe to understand how we can farm in ways to promote nutrient density.
Hannah's Nuffield study "Displacing empty calories with nutrient dense food: How can UK farmers be rewarded for practices that promote nutrient density?" is jointly sponsored by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society and the Worshipful Company of Fruiterers.
