Seen here at the Bruntingthorpe Cold War Jets Open Day May 2019 is this ex Polish Air Force Iskra trainer. This 2 seat primary jet trainer was designed and developed for the Polish and Indian Air Forces. A total of around 424 were built between 1963 and 1987.
* Footnote The previous owners operators of Bruntingthorpe C Walton Ltd have sold the operation to Cox Automotive UK who have told the Aircraft Owners that they must remove their, aircraft from the Site. This means that there will no longer be any open days or fast taxi runs as off June 2020, and the fate of this aircraft is unknown at this time.
